These terms apply to the FormNordic website and beta app, operated by Speed AI, Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The FormNordic beta

FormNordic generates cross-country skiing training plans from your goals, recent training, schedule, snow access and selected activities. You can preview a plan and save it to your account. The beta may change, be interrupted or contain errors. We may change or discontinue features, while respecting rights that applicable law gives you.

The website’s plans, weeks, workouts and technique reports are labelled examples. They are not your personal plan or proof of measured performance. Apple Health import, a direct Garmin connection, phone technique analysis and a boot-mounted sensor are planned or being explored. A beta signup does not guarantee access, a release date or any particular feature.

Training and safety

Plans are generated by automated training rules. They are general training guidance, not medical advice, a diagnosis or an individual assessment by a clinician or coach. They cannot assess your health, injury, recovery, skiing competence or the safety of your route and conditions.

Give accurate answers, use your judgement and adjust or stop a session when needed. Seek appropriate medical advice before starting or changing training if you have health concerns. Skiing, running, cycling and roller skiing carry risks. Use appropriate equipment, skills and safe routes. Do not use your phone while moving if doing so distracts you or makes the activity unsafe.

Your account

Use an account you are entitled to access and keep your sign-in methods secure. Do not impersonate someone else or use the service to access another person’s information. You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity you authorize through your account. Let support know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use and ownership

You may use FormNordic for your personal training and view the website for information. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit spam, distribute malicious content, or use the service unlawfully. FormNordic’s name, design, software and authored content belong to Speed AI, Inc. or their respective owners. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You allow us to process it as needed to provide the service and as described in our privacy policy.

Beta emails

Beta email signup is optional and separate from an app account. By selecting the consent checkbox, you ask to receive FormNordic beta invitations and product updates. You can stop them through the unsubscribe or preferences link in an email. Repeated signups preserve existing unsubscribe preferences.

Third-party services

Sign-in, email, hosting and analytics use third-party providers. A linked website or planned integration may have its own terms. We do not control third-party sites or guarantee their availability.

Ending use and deleting information

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend access for misuse or a material breach of these terms. See data deletion for what the account-deletion flow removes and how to make a separate mailing-list request.

Limits and your legal rights

We do not promise a race result, fitness improvement, injury prevention or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available, without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable rights regarding negligence, personal injury, fraud or data protection.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as FormNordic develops. We will show the updated date and provide notice of material changes when required. Any changes apply subject to applicable law.
