Delete your data

Your FormNordic app account and beta mailing-list subscription are separate. Deleting one does not automatically remove the other.

Delete your app account

1. Open FormNordic and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open your Profile from the home screen.
3. Choose Delete account, then confirm Delete.
4. If Sign in with Apple is linked to the account, confirm with Apple when prompted. Closing that Apple prompt cancels deletion.

The deletion flow revokes FormNordic’s Sign in with Apple authorization when applicable, deletes your Clerk account, and removes the FormNordic database records for your account: your user record, goal, training profile and saved plans. The app signs you out and clears its plan cache. Deletion cannot be undone. If a required step fails, the app shows an error; retry or contact support.

This flow does not delete your Apple, Google or Facebook account. Technical logs, backups and analytics records may remain for their retention periods. In-app deletion does not automatically erase historical PostHog events. Contact us to request review or removal of analytics associated with your account, subject to applicable law and provider capabilities.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@formnordic.app with the subject “FormNordic data deletion”. Tell us the sign-in email or Apple private relay address associated with the account and what you want removed. We will verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send passwords, email sign-in codes or medical records.

Stop beta emails

Use the unsubscribe or preferences link in a FormNordic email to stop beta updates or adjust the FormNordic Beta topic. Resend manages those choices. A repeat signup does not override your existing unsubscribe preferences.

To request removal of mailing-list contact information, email support@formnordic.app from the subscribed address. Unsubscribing stops messages; it does not itself delete the contact or your app account. A suppression or preference record may be retained to respect your request not to receive email.
